Owners and admins manage people on Team, in the account menu.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including handing ownership to an admin. A team has one owner. |
| Admin | Everything except transferring ownership: people, libraries, settings, branding, domains. |
| Member | Only the libraries they are given access to, as a reader or a writer. |
Owners and admins see every library. For a member, choose library by library what they may do:
- Reader: sees the whole library, unpublished and hidden pages included, but not its change requests.
- Writer: also sees the change requests, opens their own and merges any. See Change requests and review.
Invitations
Invite someone by email address and choose their role. The invitation link works for a limited time. Send again makes a new link and stops the old one; Revoke stops it.
When someone leaves
Remove signs the person out everywhere. Their name stays on the change requests they worked on, marked as a former member. If they still own open change requests, you choose who takes each one over, or close them.
