# Invite your team

Owners and admins manage people on **Team**, in the account menu.

## Roles

| Role | What they can do |
| --- | --- |
| Owner | Everything, including handing ownership to an admin. A team has one owner. |
| Admin | Everything except transferring ownership: people, libraries, settings, branding, domains. |
| Member | Only the libraries they are given access to, as a reader or a writer. |

Owners and admins see every library. For a member, choose library by library what they may do:

- **Reader**: sees the whole library, unpublished and hidden pages included, but not its change requests.
- **Writer**: also sees the change requests, opens their own and merges any. See [Change requests and review](https://docsahoy.docsahoy.eu/docs/change-requests).

## Invitations

Invite someone by email address and choose their role. The invitation link works for a limited time. **Send again** makes a new link and stops the old one; **Revoke** stops it.

## When someone leaves

**Remove** signs the person out everywhere. Their name stays on the change requests they worked on, marked as a former member. If they still own open change requests, you choose who takes each one over, or close them.
